A PB parade at the IPHSA and NSWCIS School Championships
September 1st brought the heat and the results! 🔥
Fergus Turton crushed it with a massive PB in the Long Jump and another championship record in the High Jump.
Fergus Turton:
Dash 100m: 15.15s
High Jump: 1.43m 🚀
Long Jump: 4.39m (PB)
Fergus's consistent focus on speed mechanics and explosive power development in training clearly paid off.
11 Year Olds Male - Individual Point Score Winner!
1st Fergus Turton 45 points
Fergus almost broke Max's u11 record of 4.30m in the long jump with a leap of 4.23m.
Then broke the high jump record setting the bar at 1.44m
12-13 Male - Individual Point Score Winner!
1st Max Pullin 59 points
Max went onto break the discus record in 26.67m and while finishing in top 3 positions in other positions the
highlight of the day had to go to his improved long jump record of 4.86m breaking squad mate James Mikan record.
Max had an exemption as he also represented the State at Soccer.
Both boys go to Broken Bay Regionals this Friday.
