Refund policy

Hoodies, singlets and caps
Every item is printed or made to order for you, so we can't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product before you order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email coach@maximumeffort.academy within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Squad pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the pre-order closes. After it closes, your item is made to order and the change-of-mind rule above applies.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
