Championship records and personal bests were reset on the day and a great way to start the season.

These results are a direct reflection of relentless focus on speed development and power application. Consistent technical refinements in jumps and throws, combined with targeted sprint work, allowed Catherine to push her 100m threshold and Winter to excel across multiple explosive events. The hard graft in training truly delivered today.
