W for Women, but we have not find significant differences between the W & M besides for the overall size and width of the persons foot.

Train with the heel support and softer sole. Get your sessions done with less foot and calf injuries. Higher rep volume and controlled intensity.
Compete with the rigid spike plate. Save yourself for race day when the reps are low and intensity is high.
