Single Session (Day to Day)
Single Session (Day to Day)

Turn up and train. No commitment, no lock-in.
The single session fee covers one training session at any Maximum Effort Academy venue. All disciplines are available — sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, and gym-based conditioning. You train what's on the program that day.
This option suits:
- Athletes trying us out for the first time (after a free Come & Try session)
- Athletes with irregular schedules who can't commit to a weekly or monthly pass
- Visiting athletes training while travelling
How it works: Pay your $15 at the session. Check the Training Timetable before you travel and the Field Status page for any wet weather closures at Willoughby.
