Social Hike Pull-Up Band, Black 21mm (9 to 27kg)

An intermediate band for strength sessions, pull-up assistance and full-body resistance training.

How track athletes use it: resisted starts and marching drills with a partner, and assisted pull-ups in gym sessions.

• Resistance: about 9 to 27kg (20 to 60lb), up to 30kg at full stretch
• Width 21mm, thickness 4.5mm
• Loop length about 208cm unstretched
• Natural latex rubber
• Colour: black

Tension builds the further you stretch the band. Do not stretch it past its limit.
