Social Hike Pull-Up Band, Green 45mm (22 to 56.7kg)

The heaviest band in the range, for heavy pull-up assistance, banded squats and demanding strength work.

How track athletes use it: heavy assisted pull-ups for beginners, and banded squats and deadlifts in strength blocks.

• Resistance: about 22 to 56.7kg (50 to 125lb), up to 75kg at full stretch
• Width 45mm, thickness 4.5mm
• Loop length about 208cm unstretched
• Natural latex rubber
• Colour: green

Tension builds the further you stretch the band. Do not stretch it past its limit.
