Social Hike Pull-Up Band, Purple 32mm (16 to 38.5kg)

A heavy band for pull-up support, strength work, mobility drills and dynamic stretching.

How track athletes use it: heavier resisted sprint starts with a partner, and banded strength work in the gym.

• Resistance: about 16 to 38.5kg (35 to 85lb), up to 45kg at full stretch
• Width 32mm, thickness 4.5mm
• Loop length about 208cm unstretched
• Natural latex rubber
• Colour: purple

Tension builds the further you stretch the band. Do not stretch it past its limit.

Includes: 1 Social Hike purple resistance band.
