Social Hike Pull-Up Band, Red 13mm (4.5 to 15.9kg)

A moderate band for assisted pull-ups, warm-ups and general resistance work.

How track athletes use it: banded walks and leg swings in the warm-up, and resisted drills for knee drive.

• Resistance: about 4.5 to 15.9kg (10 to 35lb), up to 20kg at full stretch
• Width 13mm, thickness 4.5mm
• Loop length about 208cm unstretched
• Natural latex rubber
• Colour: red

Tension builds the further you stretch the band. Do not stretch it past its limit.

Includes: 1 Social Hike red resistance band.
